Please find all the information needed for tomorrow's Divisional Meet at One Loudoun Orcas. 

Arrival: 7am / Warmups for Lenah Run start at 7:15am

Location: 44605 Russell Branch Parkway, Ashburn, VA 20147

Drop Off/Parking: The drop-off area will be the round about in the One Loudoun Clubhouse lot. You MUST drop your in the round about and exit the area as quickly as possible. Drop-offs will need to walk around the front of the clubhouse and to the right to access the team areas. 

Overflow parking is at the One Loudoun town center parking garage. Exit the clubhouse parking lot by turning right. At the light turn left onto Exchange. Take the first left onto Brimfield and head straight into the garage. Please allow yourself extra time to drop-off and park.

Team Area: Team areas will be on the soccer field adjacent to the pool. Team areas are for both families and swimmers. Families may report to the pool deck to watch their swimmer(s), but then must leave the pool deck immediately after the completion of the race.

Restrooms: Restrooms for swimmers, volunteers and spectators are accessible via the pool deck. Entry into the clubhouse from the bathrooms is prohibited. 

Concessions: There will be full concessions service with drinks (Gatorade, PRIME, water, soda) and snacks (candy, veggie straws, nutrigrain bars, etc.), and food trucks: Yoder's, Essies Gourmet Kitchen, Carolina Brothers, Two Smooth Dudes, and Bruster’s. We will take cash and Venmo at the concessions. See attached for more concessions details.
