Good afternoon.  

All regular season meets have been opened for declaration.  Please be sure to declare all swimmers (even if they won't be swimming) by the timelines below.  Coach Sam will review prior to all meets to make any adjustments to swimmer's events.  Please leave a note for Coach Sam if your swimmers will not be able to participate in relays. 

• 7pm Wednesday for a Saturday meet
• 7pm Sunday for a Wednesday meet

Also, here are a few more housekeeping items.

• Tech suits are not allowed by the Old Dominion Swim League (ODSL) at any meets
• Job Signups are open for all regular season meets.  If you still need to get your family points, please sign up for anything still available.  We must fill all the slots to be able to swim our meets.
